Mango Mousse has become one of my favorite desserts. It is pretty easy and quick recipe to make. It is not only simple but also require very less ingredients too. I know what you all must be thinking now. Is it a laborious recipe to make? Well, no. This crowd pleasing recipe can be made in minutes. I would suggest this as your go to recipe when you have unexpected guests coming over at home. Moreover, this is an eggless method of making mango mousse.

Dessert Special - Mango Mousse
Take 2 tbsp cold water and sprinkle gelatin into it. Give a minute for the gelatin to absorb. Then add 2 tbsp hot water and mix it well.
Add the gelatin to the mango pulp.
Take a cold steel container and whisk the whipping cream nicely.
Add the mango pulp mixture to the whipping cream and gently whisk it.
Once the peaks starts forming. You can serve it to a glass or bowl.
Refrigerate it for about 4 to 5 hours.
Serve it cold with a drizzle of chocolate sauce
Try to take pulp from fresh mangoes.
You can also serve the mango mousse over cupcakes, cakes and pies.
You can also experiment them as a topping on waffles and pancakes.
